Oahu to Kauai: Movie Adventure

In order to be in compliance with FAA regulations, we require the full names of all persons on tour with air transportation. International visitors must have a valid passport to fly interisland on these tours and all U.S. citizens must have a current government ID. This name must be exactly as it appears on your valid, government-issued photo identification. Air carriers will deny boarding if the passenger name, as shown does not match the name on the air ticket. If a passenger is denied boarding due to non-compliance with this requirement there will be no refund.

120 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, prior to airport meeting time for 1 Day tours is required for a full refund; no-shows will incur a full charge. Fees assessed by the airline for name or date changes and any overage fees will be the responsibility of the guest. Refunds or partial refunds for tours, activities, flights, or venues that are cancelled due to reasons outside of our control (weather, force majeure, etc.) as well as refunds for extenuating circumstances will not be honored.

Once the reservation is made, tour is non-refundable and non-changeable. Interisland flight times and routes are subject to change
Special needs requests must be called in to the local supplier at least 1 week prior to tour date. The interisland airfare may fluctuate based on flight availability. Additional fees may be required to be paid by the customer in these cases.

IMPORTANT: The name you enter at the time of booking must exactly match what appears on your valid government-issued I.D. photo I.D. that you will use during travel. This is a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and FAA requirement and there is no flexibility with this policy. A valid government-issued ID (passport for non-US citizens) is required on the day of travel. If a passenger is denied boarding, there will be no refund.
