How do I book a tour?

You can book online anytime or call 1-800-622-3011 (US) / 808-833-3000. Our Reservations Team is available Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM HST and weekends from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM HST. We are closed on Christmas Day and close early at 1:00 PM on New Year’s Eve and Thanksgiving Day. When our office is closed, you can still book online. For assistance, email [email protected].

We offer land tours, one-day interisland tours, and helicopter tours across Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi, and the Big Island. A valid photo ID is required for interisland flights.

We provide pickup from designated locations on Oahu in Waikīkī, Maui, Kauaʻi, and Hilo. If your hotel is not listed, we will assign the nearest available pickup location. Pickup times and locations vary by tour—please check your confirmation details. Call 808-833-3000 at least 24 hours in advance to confirm your pickup location and time.

No, all guests must take the provided group transportation. Per National Park Service regulations, guests cannot join the tour at Pearl Harbor, and late arrivals will not be accommodated.

Land tours can be canceled up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund (Haleakalā Sunrise requires 72 hours’ notice). One Day and Helicopter Tours require at least 7 days’ notice due to airline and transportation policies.

Cancellations for medical emergencies or airline flight disruptions may qualify for an exception with written proof, such as a doctor’s note or an official airline cancellation notice. Refunds for weather-related disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances are not guaranteed.

If you booked through a travel agency or third-party website, you must contact them directly for cancellations or refunds.

Some locations we visit are closed on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day. Please check our website to check tour availability on these dates.

You may get dropped off at a different hotel, however, we cannot accommodate luggage or provide airport transfers.
