If you require any special accommodations due to disability, please include them under the comment section at the time of booking.
If you require a wheelchair accessible vehicle, the type of wheelchair must be specified in the comments section when booking online or by directly calling Polynesian Adventure Tours.
Due to limited availability, we require ADA vehicle reservations to be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date and time of service.
Polynesian Adventure Tours will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of disabled travelers.
Cancellation Policy
Land Tours
If tour is canceled with more than 24 hours notice, the total amount is refunded. If tour is canceled without 24 hours notice, full charges apply. No shows incur full charges. Claims for refunds must be made within thirty days of the date of service.
Neighbor Island Day Trips
There is a NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND on all Neighbor Island Day Trips (One Day Tours). No name or date changes will be honored once booking is confirmed.
