Its a long day! Be prepared with adequate walking shoes, fluids and
snacks. A change of closthes in case the bus is war (in the back) or
the air is high in the front. The bus interior where the bump is over
the wheel well is a terrible location to sit for that lengthy of a
trip. The tour leader/bus driver was exceptionally knowledgeable and
interesting ( Larry). He did a great job driving and sharing info about
the plants, history, celebrities, etc. Reviewed by: W. R., USA, January

At first I thought I would rent a car and do the road to Hana on my
own, but I am really glad I went with a tour instead. It was nice to
sit back and enjoy the view and not worry about driving and the curvy
roads. Very nice views and some nice stops along the way. The guide was
very knowledgeable and friendly. I would not recommend this tour for
anyone who is very prone to motion sickness. Reviewed by: R. T., USA,

Barbara, our guide, was very knowledgeable and provided us with great
island information all throughout our tour. It was GREAT having her
drive so we could watch the scenery and not have to worry about the one
lane bridges, narrow roads and turns along the back road. Great tour -
the absolutely BEST way to see and travel to and from Hana. Reviewed

This was an excellent tour, our guide Barbara was thorough and
entertaining and we saw some amazing sights. If your looking to explore
the island and do more than just lie on the beach I recommend this tour
but it can be a tough journey. It was a 12 hour trip on a very bumpy
narrow road so not for the faint of heart. My only criticism was that
the seats on the bus were a bit small and it felt a bit crowded but
overall it was definately worth it. Reviewed by: S. C., UK, May 2010
Robert was fantastic, very informative, polite, helpful and
entertaining...would recommend it over driving yourself any time. The
stretch after the seven pools where rental cars are banned, is a must
see! Reviewed by: r. t., USA, April 2010
